Receptionist/administration assistant
Philip Whear Windows & Conservatories Ltd is an established local business with an excellent reputation for quality uPVC and timber products.
We seek an experienced receptionist and office administrator to be part of our team working to maintain and enhance our reputation. This is a key role and requires a very capable person. The post becomes vacant on 1 July 2011. The successful candidate will commence a hand over period during May 2011 until the present incumbent retires after 17 years service.
Applicants should have:
- Good customer handling skills
- Confident telephone manner Sales background or experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Fully computer literate (ECDL Level 2 minimum) with good keyboard skills and knowledge of MS Office or Open Office
- Familiarity with computer based records and their upkeep
- The ability to work as part of a small, dedicated, team
- Enthusiasm and commitment
Applicants with an eye for detail and some experience of financial analysis, willing to assist with this aspect of the business will be favourably considered.
We offer a salary of circa £15000 per annum (depending upon experience and qualifications) with 20 days paid holiday plus public holidays.
